Adobe Express includes free daily generations for images and text effects, and on commercial use says: "In general, you may use outputs from generative AI features commercially", except beta features Adobe designates as personal use only. Free exports include JPEG and PNG. Premium is US$9.99 a month with 250 generative credits. If you want to put out a single without paying for the art, check the feature you used is not a beta, and this is the route.
Recraft: strong design styles, but not for a free release
Recraft's free plan gives "30 daily credits renewed every 24 hours", and "Vector generation and the Vector Editor are included on every plan, including Free." But "Images generated on the Free plan are owned by Recraft. They are publicly visible in the community gallery and are not licensed for commercial use."
