Why generated tattoos do not age
Ink spreads. Over years, lines thicken and adjacent lines merge. A design with fine hatching and 1mm gaps becomes a solid dark shape. Tattoo artists space and weight lines specifically to survive this, and a model has no concept of it.
Line weight has to vary purposefully. Traditional tattoo styles use heavy outlines for a functional reason: they hold. Generated designs often have uniform thin lines that look delicate on screen and disappear in skin.

What artists actually want from you
