Creatify Boreal makes short video with its sound already in it: speech, sound effects and ambient sound, generated together with the picture in one MP4. Its provider describes it as a model for product, UGC and presenter videos. On 8frame it costs 7 credits for 5 seconds at 720p, which makes it the cheapest sound per second we can confirm on the canvas, 21 at 1080p and 81 at 2K. It is new to 8frame, so this page covers price and settings, not quality: we have not published a test of its output.

What it costs
Canon 8frame prices, a credit is about $0.01 at pack rate. Billing is per second, rounded up once per clip:

2K costs twelve times 720p per second. Draft at 720p, and move up only for the take you keep.
Four ways in
The canvas gives Boreal a prompt, one optional reference image and one optional audio track:
- Text only. The prompt directs picture, dialogue, sound and on-screen text.
- Reference image. In the provider's words, it "guides identity, composition, and appearance". Use it for a product shot or a presenter's look.
- Driving audio. Your narration, dialogue or soundtrack. Per the provider, it "is preserved in the output instead of generated speech".
- Image and audio together. Your product or presenter, speaking or moving to your track.
The prompt tags
The provider recommends structuring the prompt in four sections. This is our example, not theirs:

Keep each section to what that layer needs. Camera and light go in [VISUAL], the words and the voice in [SPEECH], effects and ambience in [SOUNDS], and only short on-screen copy in [TEXT]. Check any generated on-screen text letter by letter before it ships.
The duration rule when you bring audio
This is the setting most likely to cost you a take. Per the provider's documentation, with driving audio "the first duration seconds of the audio are used; shorter audio is padded with silence". The length you pick decides the clip, not the audio.
8frame defaults to 5 seconds. Attach a 12-second voiceover without changing it and you get the first 5 seconds of your read. Set the length to your track, up to 20 seconds: 12 seconds at 720p is 17 credits. Set it longer than the track and the end is silence.
Shape and resolution
Aspect ratio: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 or 3:4 from text. With a reference image, 8frame sends no ratio and the clip follows the image's own shape, so crop the image to the shape you want first. No 4:5; see AI video aspect ratios by model.
Resolution: 720p by default, 1080p or 2K when you choose it. Boreal and Hailuo H3 are the two ways to get 2K video on 8frame, and there is no video upscaler, so choose before you generate. See AI video resolution by model.
Before you publish an ad made with it
Boreal is built for the formats where disclosure rules bite: a presenter or a UGC-style speaker is exactly what New York's synthetic performer law covers in ads, and an AI voice presenting itself as a real customer is a fabricated testimonial under FTC rules. How much does Creatify Boreal cost? On 8frame, 7 credits for 5 seconds at 720p, 21 at 1080p and 81 at 2K, billed per second. A 20-second clip is 27, 81 or 324.
Can I use my own voiceover? Yes. Attach it as the audio input and it replaces the generated speech. Set the clip length to the length of your track, up to 20 seconds.
Why was my audio cut off? The clip length decides how much of the audio is used, and it defaults to 5 seconds. Raise it to match the track.
Can I turn the sound off? No. Boreal always generates sound. Mute it in the edit, or use a model with a silent setting.
Is Creatify Boreal good? We have not tested it yet, so we will not rate it. At 7 credits a clip, a few test generations cost less than one 5-second clip on most models with sound.
